Live event giveaways for Shopify
Live Event Giveaways for Shopify
Choose a Shopify product as a prize and run the giveaway during your live show. Shoppers sign in to enter without buying, and the winner claims the prize through your store.

During a collection launch
Say you sell plants and are hosting a new collection. Offer one plant as a giveaway during the event. Shoppers sign in to enter without buying anything, and can earn an extra ticket when a qualifying friend joins live. That friend gets to see the collection, ask about plant care and meet the person behind the store while the show is happening.
Watch: live attendance, new accounts, friend joins, attendee conversion and return attendance.
Standard giveaways
Keep entries open while you host, then draw when the moment is right. You can prepare the prize before the show and start the giveaway once you are live, giving shoppers time to join while you introduce the collection.
Flash giveaways
Open a short, timed entry window during the show. Entries close and the draw starts automatically when the timer ends. Use it for a quick shared moment between products, with a clear deadline for everyone watching.
Room goal giveaways
Set a live-join or RSVP target and have the giveaway open automatically when the goal is reached. For example, unlock a prize after 50 people have joined the event.
Invite rewards
Give shoppers extra tickets when a qualifying friend joins live through their invitation. You choose the bonus and cap how many extra tickets each shopper can earn. Sharing a link alone earns nothing; the friend has to join the event.
Invite rewards can work alongside a room goal: the goal opens the giveaway, while qualifying invitations earn extra chances in the draw. Duplicate and self-referral checks keep those rewards tied to qualifying friend joins.
Winner claims and prize fulfillment
When a winner is selected, the app reserves the product and opens a private claim. The winner enters a shipping address, and the claim creates a Shopify order. You fulfill it as you would any other physical order. If reservation fails, the app can retry; if the claim expires, an eligible entrant can be drawn instead.
