An invitation
A post shows one product and the show time. Its event link takes shoppers to your storefront.
Promote upcoming Shopify shows with event links, email invitations, reminders and social posts.
Choose the products you will show and explain what customers can expect. A demonstration, a new collection or a specific auction gives the invitation a clear purpose.
Schedule the show before promoting it. Check the title, start time and storefront experience. Share the event link so customers can find the same destination before and during the broadcast.
Open the event invitation audience and review the eligible customers. Available groups include Shopify email subscribers, past buyers, past attendees and shoppers who have bid or claimed products.
Choose a relevant group or individual recipients. Customer activity helps you find an audience; email permission determines who can receive the invitation. Review the message and sender setup before sending.
Invitations and emailShare the event link in your store, emails and social posts. An RSVP gives shoppers a way to request reminders for that event. It does not reserve a product or guarantee attendance.
Check the RSVP confirmation and event reminder settings. Keep the date, time and event link clear. Customers can also manage the upcoming-show reminder and their separate Live show emails preference in their Shopify account.
Customer accountsShow a product or a short demonstration, then explain when the live show takes place. Publish or schedule content through supported Instagram, Facebook and TikTok connections. Available formats depend on the channel.
For supported Instagram and Facebook posts, use a keyword reply to send an event link by private message. For example: “Comment SHOW for the event link.” Configure the keyword, message and destination before using that invitation.
Social publishing and repliesSimulcasting sends your live video to supported Facebook Live, Instagram Live Producer and custom RTMP destinations. Set up the destinations before the show and check their readiness.
Tell viewers how to join the storefront show. Bids, offers and checkout happen in your Shopify store. Social comments stay on their own platforms.
SimulcastingShare a published replay with customers who missed the show. Purchases and eligible offers have their own payment actions in customer accounts.
Use the event follow-up settings for supported audience messages. Keep payment reminders separate from invitations to the next show. Use connected WhatsApp conversations to answer questions and share relevant product or show links.
WhatsApp conversationsA post shows one product and the show time. Its event link takes shoppers to your storefront.
An interested shopper requests an event reminder. You review the configured emails before the show.
The shopper returns through the event link to watch and take part. Afterward, their account holds relevant purchases and activity.
You bring your audience. The app gives you tools to invite customers, collect RSVPs, publish social content and broadcast to connected channels.
Share the storefront event link, start time and a specific reason to attend. Show a product or explain what you will demonstrate. Use the same event destination across your invitations.
No. Those activities help identify customers, but invitations also require eligible email permission. The invitation tool excludes customers who cannot receive the message, including unsubscribed customers.
An event reminder applies to that event. Live show emails is a separate preference. Customers can manage these choices in their Shopify account.
On supported Instagram and Facebook posts, a configured keyword can trigger a private reply with your destination link. The account and post must support the automation.
Simulcasting carries the video. Viewers visit your Shopify storefront to bid, make offers and check out. Share the store event link and explain this during the broadcast.
Share a published replay where available, answer product questions and invite eligible customers to a future event. Customers with unpaid purchases need their own private checkout action; a public replay link is not a payment link.
