Prepare the invitation
Set the show time and event link. Preview the email and select eligible recipients.
Connect social promotion with event invitations and reminders. Share what is coming, send shoppers the event link and follow up through the tools they choose.
Use your storefront event link in invitations and promotion. Customers can find the upcoming show, request a reminder and return to watch.
Make the invitation specific: what you will show, when it starts and where to join. Link the post to the storefront event.
Review customers by their relationship with your store: email subscribers, previous Shopify buyers, live buyers, past attendees and bidders or claimers. Select eligible recipients or a sendable audience group.
The app checks email availability and invitation permission. Unsubscribed or suppressed customers are excluded. Customers already invited or on the event reminder list are also excluded from another invitation.
Review the event invitation, RSVP confirmation and pre-show reminder templates. Invitations are sent when you choose to invite customers. Reminder timing and enabled settings control the scheduled event messages.
Enable live-now messages and review the post-show follow-up settings. Supported follow-ups distinguish customers who purchased, missed the show, watched without bidding or bid without winning. Recipient eligibility and recorded activity determine the message.
Keep payment and second-chance reminders separate from event promotion. Edit supported message content and preview it. Check sender readiness and email activity to see sent, scheduled or failed messages.
Payment remindersConnect supported Instagram, Facebook and TikTok accounts. Prepare a post, keep it as a draft, publish it or schedule it for a later time.
Choose a format supported by the destination. Use a product demonstration, collection preview or show announcement. Review each platform’s requirements and the publishing result; a scheduled post is not proof it has been published.
On supported Instagram and Facebook posts, configure a keyword that triggers a private reply. Add the reply text, destination URL and link-button label. You can also set a public comment reply.
Use the invitation “Comment SHOW for the event link” only after configuring the rule. The reply can lead to a show or product. This automation does not merge social comments with live-room chat.
Customers can choose an upcoming-show reminder and manage Live show emails from native Shopify customer accounts. They can also view their purchases, rewards and relevant show activity in their account.
Event reminders and ongoing email preferences are separate choices. Social follows and keyword comments do not automatically subscribe someone to store email.

Schedule a supported social post. If using a keyword reply, configure its message and destination.
Check publishing results and email delivery activity. Confirm event reminder settings before the show.
Supported publishing connections include Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. Formats and account requirements differ by platform. Simulcasting is configured separately.
Event invitations are sent when you choose to invite customers. RSVP confirmations and enabled event reminders follow their own configured triggers.
A past purchase alone is not enough. The invitation tool needs eligible email permission, such as a live-event opt-in or an eligible Shopify email subscription.
You can edit supported template fields and preview the message. Review sender readiness, reminder timing and enabled communication settings as well.
The current keyword automation supports eligible Instagram and Facebook posts. TikTok publishing does not imply support for this reply automation.
No. Event reminders help shoppers attend. Payment reminders refer to a private purchase and its checkout deadline.
Review email activity for delivery status and the social publishing results for each destination. A queued or scheduled message still needs to be sent successfully.
