Use Shopify Sidekick

Ask Shopify Sidekick about Stores on Live shows, sales, payments, and live state from the Shopify admin.

1. Before you begin

Preview. Contact us to check access for your store.

This integration is read-only. Your Shopify staff permissions and store access determine what you can see.

2. Connect

  1. Connect your store. Install Stores on Live and connect your Shopify store. Ask our team to confirm Sidekick access for that store.
  2. Open Sidekick in Shopify. Once access is enabled, open Sidekick from your Shopify admin. Ask about Stores on Live and name the show you want to review.
  3. Read, then act. Review the answer. Follow its app link when you want to edit a draft, host a show or manage a payment.

4. Boundaries

Sidekick does not create, publish, or start shows, change prices, collect payments, or send reminders. Shopify staff permissions control access. Use Stores on Live when you need to take action.
