Connect Claude

Bring your Shopify catalog and live-selling workflow into Claude. Prepare shows, set sale formats, manage offers, and read payment results.

1. Before you begin

  • A Stores on Live account with a connected Shopify store.
  • Set up a custom connector in Claude. Your account must support custom connectors; a workspace owner may need to enable access.

2. Connect

  1. Add a custom connector. In Claude, open Customize → Connectors → + Add → Add custom connector. Enter ‘Stores on Live’ as the name and paste the server URL.
  2. Set up sign-in. Select Continue and review the detected settings. Choose Sign in now and Use Claude’s published identity. Leave request headers empty, then add the connector.
  3. Choose your store. Sign in to Stores on Live. Select your Shopify store and review the access request. Approve it to return to Claude.
  4. Enable it in your chat. Open a conversation. Select + → Connectors and enable Stores on Live.

Use this MCP server URL when Claude asks for the connector URL:

https://kehk-systemic-production.up.railway.app/mcp

3. Make your first request

Enable Stores on Live in the conversation and ask:

Show five products from my connected store. Then help me plan a live show.

The response should come from the store you selected.

4. Boundaries

A saved draft stays unpublished until you publish it. Start the camera from your device. Review or revoke access from Agent connections. To approve additional permissions, reconnect from your assistant and review the new access request. Refreshing a page or connection metadata does not grant more access. For ‘client not registered’ or a rejected callback, check that you used the settings for your client and version. For expired or revoked access, sign in again from the assistant. If the connection still shows old tools or sign-in settings, refresh its server metadata where supported and start a new chat. For help, contact support with the client name, version and error text; do not send passwords, tokens or authorization codes.
