Bring your followers into the sale

Send the same live video to Facebook and your store. You present each product once. Customers can stay on Facebook to watch, then open your store when they want to bid or buy.

Share the show link on your Page before you start. Add it to the broadcast description so viewers know where to shop. Facebook comments do not place bids.

Let the video explain what is for sale

With show graphics enabled, StoresOnLive places product details over your video. Viewers can see the product photo, name, price, and selling status as the show changes.

A store address and QR code give them a way to join the sale. Someone watching on a computer can scan the code with their phone. Someone already on a phone can use the show link.

StoresOnLive updates these graphics from the show. You do not need to make a new graphic for each product. Bids and Shopify checkout stay in your store.

Facebook video can arrive a little later than the sale in your store. Customers should open the store for the current price and to place a bid. A Sold label shows the sale result; it does not confirm payment.

Check your Facebook Page

Your Facebook account must be at least 60 days old. Your Page needs at least 100 followers. You must have permission to manage it. Facebook also checks whether the Page can go live.

Connect your show

1. In StoresOnLive, open Review event page. Connect Facebook.
2. Select a ready Page and enable it for your show.
3. Start your show, then start your camera broadcast. Facebook starts automatically when the Page is ready and receives your video.

Starting the show alone does not send camera video. Before your first sale, run a short test and ask someone to check the picture, sound, and store link on Facebook.
