Terms of Service

By installing or using StoresOnLive ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. The App is a Shopify application providing live commerce tools — live selling, AI-powered content generation, and related e-commerce features.

· Maintain an active Shopify store and secure your account credentials
· Comply with applicable laws, Shopify's Terms of Service, and consumer protection regulations
· Obtain necessary consents from your customers for data processing
· Accurately represent products and pricing in live selling sessions
· Fulfill orders generated through the App

Billing is handled through Shopify. Fees are as displayed in the App Store or within the App. You authorize Shopify to charge applicable fees. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

The App is owned by StoresOnLive. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use it. Content you create remains yours — you grant us a license to process and display it as needed. AI-generated content may be used commercially in connection with your store.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not responsible for third-party service failures.

You agree to indemnify StoresOnLive from claims arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

You may uninstall anytime. We may suspend or terminate access with or without cause or notice. Provisions on IP, liability, and indemnification survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Province of Ontario, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or courts in Province of Ontario, Canada. These Terms and our Privacy Policy form the entire agreement.
