Terms of Service

By installing or using StoresOnLive ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. The App is a Shopify application providing live commerce tools, including live selling and related e-commerce features.

· Maintain an active Shopify store and secure your account credentials
· Comply with applicable laws, Shopify's Terms of Service, and consumer protection regulations
· Obtain necessary consents from your customers for data processing
· Accurately represent products and pricing in live selling sessions
· Fulfill orders generated through the App

You instruct us to process customer data to provide the service and carry out your requests. The data and purposes are described in our Privacy Policy. We limit access to people who need it and are bound by confidentiality, and use service providers subject to data protection obligations.

We assist with customer access, correction, and deletion requests, and notify you without undue delay if we become aware of a breach affecting your customer data. When you uninstall the App or the data is no longer needed, we delete merchant and customer data within 30 days, except where applicable law requires or permits otherwise. Any legally retained data remains protected and limited to that purpose.

Paid plans for the merchant service are approved and billed through Shopify. The iPhone app does not sell digital goods or subscriptions.

The App is owned by StoresOnLive. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use it. Content you create remains yours — you grant us a limited license to process and display it only as needed to provide the service.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not responsible for third-party service failures.

You agree to indemnify StoresOnLive from claims arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material violation of these Terms, a security or legal risk, non-payment, or misuse of the service. Provisions on intellectual property, liability, and indemnification survive termination.

These Terms and our Privacy Policy form the entire agreement regarding your use of the service.
